Big Ornate Mirror

This mirror was painted in an Old White and glazed with dark wax giving it an old antiqued look. This mirror measures 25 inches by 35 inches. It would look beautiful on your mantle or hanging on a wall.

Beautiful Drop Leaf Table

Okay, so at this stage, this is NOT a beautiful drop leaf table!  But, just a little {re}imagining . . .

P1060567

Now here is the ‘beautiful’ I was telling you about.  With a lot of sanding and a lot of work this neglected table turned out to be so beautiful and elegant.

P1070213

I stained and poly-ed the top and painted the bottom in an Old White.  I waxed the legs with a clear wax.  Not much distressing was done because it just looked too pretty to mess with.  The crispness of the Old White and the richness of the stained top, beautiful!

Check out these claw feet, so rich looking.

Here it is open. This table would make a wonderful sofa table or an entry way table with the leaves down and you could pull it out and add it to the dinner table when you have guests. Or it would simply make a beautiful dining room table.

Romantic Shabby Chic Drum Table

This romantic table has been {re}imagined with ‘old white’ paint and then waxed with both clear and dark wax.  She was gently distressed for that romantic shabby chic look.

I fell in love with the legs of this beauty.  I love the metal caps on the ends of her legs.

There is a working drawer in the front of the table that was painted a surprise ‘Provence’ color.

This romantic table is 28 inches in diameter and 27 inches tall.

Custom Work

One of my favorite things to do would be to {re}imagine your very own furniture!  While I love the thrill of finding old, broken down furniture in need of a second chance and {re}imagining it into treasures, I also like to save people money while giving them something beautiful.

Maybe you have a piece of furniture that you really like but could use a facelift.

Perhaps you are redecorating and don’t want to go through the trouble, or the expense, of finding new furniture.

Please feel free to contact me to see how we could {re}imagine the pieces of furniture you already have!

Here is an example of what I am talking about. We had two perfectly fine nightstands in our bedroom.  Structurally and functionally they were exactly what we wanted.

But cosmetically they were lacking. (Don’t you agree?)  When I made a new fun headboard for us I simply had to {re]imagine our nightstands and now we love them!
